<br /> SE IT RESOLYED by the Hall County Board of S�perv:i.sors, in regular ses- !
<br /> sion assembled, at the Courthouse, in Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska., this
<br /> 2nd day of March, 1961, as follows:
<br /> WE�tEAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Ha11 County, Nebraska, at
<br /> a Tax Foreclosure Sale, did purchase real estate, to-�,ri.t: Lot Seven (7), in Block i
<br /> Fourteen (14), in Lambertfs Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and
<br /> Wf�REAS, the County Board of Supervisors paid a total of $10.00 for the
<br /> aforementioned real estate, and
<br /> WHIItEAS, the Jose �A. Ramirez has offered to pay the sum of $10.00 as a
<br /> purchase price for the aforementioned lot, a.nd -
<br /> ; WHIItEAS, the Hall Countp Board of Supervisors has determi.ned tha.t the
<br /> aforementioned price is a fair and reasona.ble price for said real estate, and
<br /> :
<br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has determined that a sale
<br /> of said real estate would be in the best interest of the people of theCounty of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska.,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ha11 County Board of Supervisors
<br /> of Ha11 County, Nebraska, that Sam L. Pletcher, Chairman of the Hall County Board
<br /> of Supervisors, be requested and demanded to convey, sign and deliver a Quitclaim
<br /> - Deed �overing the aforementioned land to the said Jose A. Ramirez.
