<br /> East Half 4f the Northeast Quarter (EiNE4) of Section Thirty-six (36),
<br /> in T4wnship Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th p.m. ,
<br /> more particularly described as follows: commencing at a point on the
<br /> N4rth boundary line of said eighty acres that is 35 rods West of the North-
<br /> east corner of said eighty acres, running thence West along the North
<br /> b4undary line of said eighty acres thirty-five (35) rods, thence South at
<br /> right angles and parallel with the East boundary line of said eighty acres
<br /> one hundred and sixty (160) rods, thence East along the South boundary
