<br /> That in pursuance of an order of the Honorable Donald H. �eaver, Judge of �

<br /> the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska �ade on the lOth day ef February, 1961, '
<br /> I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction, in the manner provided by law
<br /> the real estate hereinafter described; that there upon I gave notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale, as required by law, and that at the time an� place specified, after
<br /> -said sale had been held over one hour, sold said real estate at public auction to Jess
<br /> Gillham and Ruby M. Gillham, husband and wife, as Tenants in Common of the County Of
<br /> Hall and State of Nebraska for the sum of ?en Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($10�600.00)
<br /> they being the highest bidder therefor; that said sale was thereupon reported to said
<br /> Honorable W. F. Nlanisal, the other Judge of District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> and by him in all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed of conveyance of
<br /> said premises to said purchasers.
<br /> NOtv, THEREFOr�E, I, Gladys F. Cook, Executrix of the Estate of Levi L. Cook, deceased,
<br /> � in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($10�600)
<br /> so bid and paid by said Jess Gillham, and Ruby M. Gillham, husband and wife, as Tenants
<br /> in Common, and by virtue of the power vested in me by said order a�id proceedings, do by
<br /> these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said Jess Gillham and Ruby M. Gillham,
<br /> husband and wife, as Tenants in Common and to their heirs aad assigns the real estate
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Lots Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13), in Block Thirteen (13), in University
<br /> . Place, An Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br /> with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
<br /> ing, to have and to hold the same to them, the said Jess Gillham and Ruby M. Gillham,
<br /> husband and wife, as Tenants in Common and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> Said conveyance is made subject to restrictions contained in an instrument entitled
<br /> "Protectiva Covenants and Restrictions" recorded in the records in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds in Hall County� Nebraska, in Book "�", page 124.
