<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 6th day of April, in the year one
<br /> thousand nine hundred and siaty-one, between
<br /> City oP Grand Island, a Municipal �orporation, in �
<br /> Hall Caunty, Nabraska, of the first part, and
<br /> Bernard Buhrman of the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, of the second part.
<br /> WITidESSETH, that the said party oP the first part, in consideration
<br /> of the sum of

<br /> to it duly paid, the receipt whereof is hareby asknowledged, has
<br /> remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents does for
<br /> itself, its successors and assigns, remise, release and forever
<br /> quit-c1Aim and convey unto the said party of the second part and
<br /> to his heirs and assigns forev8r, all its right, title, interest,
<br /> estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, oP, in and to

<br /> southeast corner of Lot One (1), Block Nine (9),
<br /> West Park Addition to the City oY Grand Island, Ne-
<br /> braska; running thence west on the south line of said
<br /> �- Lot One (1) for a diatance of One Hundred 2'hirty-two
<br /> (132) feet to the southweat corner of said Lot One
<br /> �1); running thence aouth on a prolongation of the
<br /> west line of said Lot One (1) for a distance of Siaty-
<br /> six (66) feet to the northwest corner of Lot Five (5),
<br /> Block Sixtsen (I6) of said �eat Park Addition; run-
<br /> ning thence ea$t on the north line of said Lot Five (5)
<br /> for a distance of One Iiundred 2'hirty-two (132) feet to
<br /> the northeast corner of said Lot F''ive t5); running
<br /> thence north for a distance of Siat9-six Peet on a pro-
<br /> longation of the east line of said Lot Five (5) to the
<br /> southeast corner of said Lot One (1), Block Nine (9),
<br /> West Park Addition, being the point of baginning.
