<br /> . KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: -
<br /> That William M. Woodhead, as Executor of the estate of
<br /> Helen S. Woodhead, deceased, formerly known as Helen Marie Sothman,
<br /> and pursuant. to authority granted him by the Last Will and Testament
<br /> of Helen S. Woodhead, deceased, in consideration of Ten Thousand
<br /> & No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) in hand paid to him by the grantees,
<br /> hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto GLENN R. SMITH and CLARICE
<br /> 0. SMITH, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
<br /> common, the following described prenises, situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit :
<br /> Lot Three (3) Block One Hundred Thirty-three
<br /> (133) Koenig and Wiebe•s Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br /> together with all tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belouging, and all the estatr� right, title, interest, claim or demand
<br /> whatsoevercf the said testatrix, of, in and to the same, or any part
<br /> thereof. "
<br /> The int ention of all parties hereto is that in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple �itle
<br /> to the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the
<br /> said Glenn R. Smith and Clarice 0. Smith, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to their assigis,
<br /> or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor o£ them, forever, and the
<br /> grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any
<br /> lien or encu.mbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the
<br /> estate of Helen S. Woodhead, deceased, and does hereby warrant that
<br /> he will defend the said premises against lawful claims and demands
<br /> of all persons claiming by, through or under him.

<br /> of the estate of Heien S. Woodhead, deceased, has caused these presents
