<br /> County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Hugh Qraham, for the sum

<br /> being $51.5�t), which sale was afterwards on the 30th day of December, 19b�,
<br /> examined and confirmed by �he said Court and the said Sheriff, ordered to convey
<br /> the said premises in fee simple to the said Hugh Graham.
<br /> NOW, TF�REFORE, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesai3,
<br /> in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in him by law
<br /> and the decree of said Court, does hereby give, grant, and convey to the said
<br /> Hugh Graham, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lots One (1), Two (2)
<br /> and Three (3), in Block Six (6), in Clark�s Addition, an Addition to the Village
<br /> of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, with the
