<br /> ;� --: THAT, WI�REAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh
<br /> Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within ar.d for the County of Hall
<br /> wl:erein the County of Hall'Nebraska, is plaintiff and Glenn Leslie and Ruth
<br /> Leslie, his wife, et al, axe defendants, No. 38, Doc. 1, Page 1�07, the plaintiff
<br /> did on the: 30th day of Septeinber, 19b0, obtain a decree finding there to be due
<br /> from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes upon a Certificate
<br /> af Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action No. Ten, the sum of $215•98,
<br /> accruing interest and costs of the suit, and whereas, it Kas then and there
<br /> further ordered'in the said action that in default of the payment of the sum
<br /> se faund due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hall
<br /> should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised ar.d
<br /> soZd according to laW to pay the same, and whereas, default having been made
<br /> therein, the said .Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree
<br /> and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 13trs da;� o° December,
<br /> 19CO3 at the north daor of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> in said County of Hall, having first given due ar.d legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale for not less thar. thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Is2anc�
<br /> Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, grinted and in general circulation in said
<br /> County of Hall, se1.l sa�d premises at public auction tc Neal Youmans ar�d Grace
<br /> Youmans, husba.nd and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in cor,ti._en, for the
<br /> s�am of One hundred five and no/1q0 ($105.00) Dollars, (the total accrued costs of
<br /> suit and sale being $66.60), which sale was afterwards or. the 30th day oi December,
<br /> 196Q, examined ar.d confirmed by the said Court and ��e said Sheriff, ordered to
<br /> convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Neal Youmar_s ard Grace Youmans,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in ccmmon.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the said Sheriff of the Cour.ty o£ Hall, as aforesaid, in
<br /> consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in him by laVr
<br /> and the decree of said Court, does hereby give, grar,t, ar.d convey to tr�e said
<br /> Neal Youmar_s and Grace Youmans, husband and wife, as jo��t tenarts and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the premises so as aforesaid so2d, tc-wit: Lot One (1), in
<br /> Block Forty=ene (Itl), in Packer & Barr's Second Addition tc the C�t� cf Grar:d
<br /> Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted ard recorded, with the
<br /> appurtenances.
<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTIQN OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, TH�T IN THE EVENT OF THE
<br /> DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE SIl+YPLE TITLE TO T?iE �.�I�
<br /> ESTkTE DESCRIBED ?iE:?EIN SHALL VEST IN THE SURVIVING GRA.NTEE.
