<br /> in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of Twelve Thousand
<br /> Five Hundred Dolla.rs ($12, 500.00) received from the grantee does grant, bar-
<br /> gain, sell, convey and confirm unto SAFEWAY STORES INCORPORATED, a
<br /> corporation, herein called the grantee� the following described real estate in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> Lot Eight (8) in Block One Hundred Thirtee (113) in Railroad
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee
<br /> and its successors and assigns forever.
<br /> And the grantor, for itself and its successors, does hereby covenant with
<br /> the grantee and with the granteets successors and assigns that the grantor is
<br /> lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that
<br /> grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor
