<br /> That I, H. G, Wellensiek, Grand Island, Nebraska, executor under the
<br /> last will and testa.ment of Laura Paulina Woodruff, deceased, herein called the
<br /> grantor, pursuant to the power conferred upon me as such executor by said will
<br /> to sell the real estate of which she, the said Laura Paulina Woodruf� was se�st�ed
<br /> and possessed at the time of her death, with the consent of the County Court of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, which consent has been secured by written order of
<br /> Charles Bossert, County Judge, dated August 18, 1961, in consideration of the sum
<br /> of $5, 900. 00 to me in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Nellie Cummings, '�04 West Fourth 5t.,
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the grantee, the West Half of Lot Nine in
<br /> West Lawn� an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> including the gas stove, electric refrigerator, washer and tub now on the premises.
