<br /> �'WHFRFAS , the Board of Iiu stees of Evangelical Fres Church
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, an incorporated religious _association,
<br /> have contracted on behalf of such corporation to convey-�by warranty
<br /> deed to El.mo Eugene Hartman and Loretta A. Hartman, husband and
<br /> uvif e. as �oint Tenants, with right of surviyorship ail�.of Lot
<br /> One �1) and Lot Two (2) , in Block Elev� (11) , in R�sse�Wheeler�s
<br /> addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall Cvunty., Nebraska
<br /> for a total consideration of $7,500.00 payable on or before August
<br /> 6,1961, and to furnish such Purchasers and assigns a legible and
<br /> sufficient abstract of title shov�ring merchantable title=to
<br /> such real property in such Evangelical Free Church of C�and Island,
<br /> Nebraska; and,
<br /> NOW, THFREFORE, be it resolved; that the Board of Trustees
<br /> of Evangelical Free Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, a-religious
<br /> association incorporated under the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br /> be, and they hereby are, authorized to make a deed of convey-
<br /> ance by and for such incorporated religious association,. with
<br /> covenants of warranty free and clear of incumbrance, of S.ots
<br /> One (1) and Two (2) , in Block Eleven (11) , in Russel Wheeler=s
<br /> addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> to Elmo Eugene Hartman and Loretta A. Hartman, husband and
<br /> wif e, as Joint Tenants, but not as tenants in common, upon
<br /> payment by such Grantees, or the survivor of them, to su.ch
<br /> Evangelical Free Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the
<br /> sum of $7,500.00 on or before August 6,1961; and,
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID that such Board of Trustees
<br /> are authorized at the expense of such corporation to furnish
<br /> such Purchasers a legible and sufficient abstract �of title
<br /> showing merchantable title to such real property in such
<br /> Evangelical Free Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, an incorpor-
