<br /> Home to The Evar.gelical Free Church has been questioned and it is de-
<br /> sireable to confirm in said purchaser the real estate for which has here-
<br /> tofore bargained and paid in full;
<br /> itOV� THEkEF'ORE, BE IT RE;SOLVED that this corporation conney to the �-
<br /> Evangelical Free �hurch of Grand Island, iVebraska, the above described
<br /> real estate; that the President and Secretary be, and hereby are� author-
<br /> ized and directed to prepare a warranty deed to accomplish the foregoing
<br /> and to execute and acknowledge the same and seal the same with the official
<br /> seal of this corporation; that the action of the Board of Trustees, the
<br /> �'resident and Secretary in authorizing, executing and delivering the afore-
<br /> said deed of �hay 2, 1951 be in all respects ratified, approved and con-
<br /> firmed and that any and all necessary corporate action be taken to vest
