<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real

<br /> Beginning at a oint on the East Line of the Southwest Quarter (SW�.) of Section
<br /> Twenty-Four (24�, Township Eleven (11) , Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br /> Two Hundred Seventy (270) Feet South of the Northeast Corner of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter of said Section 24., running thence due West parallel with the North
<br /> Line of the Southwest Quarte r of said Section 24 a distance of 163 feet, run-
<br /> ning thence South parallel with the East Line of the SW� of said Section 24
<br /> a distance of 9� feet, running thence due East a distance of 163 feet to a
<br /> point on the East Line of the SW� of said Section 24, running thence North on
<br /> the East Line of said SW4 of said Section 24 a distance of 90 feet to the place

<br /> It is the intention of all parties h ereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees,
