<br /> Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1006, of the
<br /> default by the Trustor under the terms and conditians of that certain Deed of Trust recorded February
<br /> 15, 2D01 as Instrument No. 0240101124 in the office of the Hali County Register of Deeds(the"Deed of
<br /> Trust"), wherein Jon E. Blumenthal is the Suhstitute Trustee, HSBC Bank, USA, as Indenture Trustee
<br /> under that certain Indenture dated August 9, 2001, as the same may be amended from time to time, for
<br /> the benefit of the SBA and the holders of Business �oan Express SBA �oan-Backed Notes, Series
<br /> 2001-2, Class A, Ciass M and Class B, as their interests may appear subject to the Multi-Party
<br /> Agreement dated August 1, 2001, successor in interest to Business Loan Center, LLC f/k/a Business
<br /> Loan Center, Inc., is the Beneficiary, and Gosan, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, d/b!a Super Bowl Family
<br /> Entertainment Center, is the Trustor, said Deed of Trust pertaining to all of Trustor's right, title, and
<br /> interest in that certain reai propeRy in Hali County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br /> Lot 1, Super Bowi Subdivision, in the City af Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska (the"Trust Property").
<br /> A breach of the obligations for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred
<br /> in that the Trustor has failed to make all of the payments as required by the Deed of Trust and the
<br /> obiigations the Deed of Trust secures, and in that the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust have
<br /> been accelerated and remain unpaid. For this reason, uport Yhe request of the above-named
<br /> Benefieiary, the Substitute Trustee has elected to cause the Trust Property to be sold to satisfy the
<br /> Trustor's obligations.
