<br />WHEREAS in consideration of partial payment of indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed
<br />by Kayl Enterprises L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantor, to Pathway
<br />Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Pathway Bank, the beneficiary named therein, said Trust Deed
<br />dated Apri129, 2010 and recorded May 12, 2010 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0201003208 and whereas said beneficiary has requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows:
