<br />You are hereby notified that Dana S. Mora and April J. Mora, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or about July 9,
<br />2007, make, execute and deliver unto TierOne Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-
<br />described real properiy:
<br />Lot Six (6) in Sunset Fifth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from TierOne Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust wluch was
<br />recorded on July 10, 2007, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200705842.
<br />On or about June 18, 2010, TierOne Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed
<br />of Trust to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded July 26, 2010, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0201005142.
<br />On or about July 12, 2011, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver of TierOne Bank, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />a11 of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. T'he Assignment
<br />was recorded September 8, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0201106687.
<br />On or about September 13, 2011, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned a11 of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP
<br />f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP. The Assignment was recorded September 30, 2011, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 020 1 1 07278.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska
<br />You aze further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property
<br />was conveyed as security, tawit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />You aze further notified that if the default breach is not cured within the redemption timeframe allowed for under the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act (Neb. Rev. Sta.t. §76-1001 to §76-1018), the Beneficiary has elected to and does declaze the entire
<br />unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the real properiy described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
