<br />SHERIFF'S DEED - UNDER FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE OR TAX LIEN
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Ha11 County, 9�` Judicial District of the
<br />State of Nebraska, Case No. CI11-408, wherein AMERICAN RETIREMENT GROUP, INC.,
<br />Plaintiff, and HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELWIN SCHELL, DECEASED,
<br />ET AL, Defendants, Plaintiff did obtain a decree finding that there is due from HEIRS AND
<br />DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELWIN SCHELL, DECEASED, ET AL, the sum of
<br />UNKNOWN AMOLJNT.
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the
<br />payment ofthe sum so found due by said HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELWIN
<br />SCHELL, DECEASED, ET AL, that Jerry Watson, Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska should cause
<br />the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be and sold according to law to pay the same, and,
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said county, under and
<br />by virtue of the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on the 7�' day of
<br />December, 2011, at lower lobby of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, in said County of
<br />Ha11, Nebraska, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four successive weeks in a newspaper printed and in general
<br />circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auc�Cion to ARNOLD WENN for the
<br />sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), which sale was afterward examined
<br />and confirmed and the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee
<br />simple to the said ARNOLD WENN, and,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry Watson, Sheriff of the County of Ha11, Nebraska, as
<br />aforesaid, in considerat�on of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the
<br />decree of said court, do hereby give, grant and convey to the said ARNOLD WENN and his
<br />assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />LOT 4, BLOCK 1, A-G ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION TO THE VILLAGE
<br />OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA '
<br />To Have and to Hold the Same u.nto the said ARNOLD WENN and his assigns forever, free and
<br />cleaz of any and all liens foreclosed in the above mentioned action.
