<br /> DECLARATION OF PURPOSE
<br /> Declarants are the owners of real property in the County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska, which is more particularly described as:
<br /> Francis Court Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> which contains Lots One ( 1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) , Five
<br /> (5) , Sig (6) , Seven (7) , Eight (8) , Nine (9) , Ten ( 10) , Eleven ( 11)
<br /> and Twelve ( 12) and Outlot ��A" (designated private street) .
<br /> WHEREAS, Declarants desire to provide for the construction of
<br /> a planned residential area consisting of single family residences;
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, Declarants, at this time, include in this Declaration
<br /> and impose the restrictions upon the property described above.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Declarants hereby declare that the lots of the
<br /> property described above shall be held, sold and conveyed, subject
