Janzen, Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Peggy J. Holtorf, a single person, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201): <br />Lot Two (2) in Block Five (5), in Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is entitled to distribution of the real estate <br />from said estate.
