<br /> This deed, made this 17th day of February, 1961; by
<br /> and between Lenora Cornelius, of' Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska; Executrix of the last will and� testament of• Frieda
<br /> Nietfeld,.: deceased, late of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> partp o� the first part, and GLEN I� PAR,KER and HAZEL F. PARKER,

<br /> � WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part,
<br /> the duly appointed; qualified and acting Executrix of said Frieda
<br /> Nietfeld, deceased, under her last will and testament which is of
<br /> record in the office of the probate court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon
<br /> her, under the said will, and in consideration of the sum of
<br /> Seven Thousand and no/100 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars,
<br /> to her paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto said party of the second part the
<br /> following described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Lot 2 in Fractional Block 3; in Rollin1s Addition
<br /> to tre City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all teneme nts, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the same,
<br /> or any part thereof.
<br /> THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO IS TI:AT IN THE EVENT
<br /> OF' THE DEATH OF EITHER OF ThE GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE SINPLE TITLE
<br /> TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN TNE SURVIVING
