<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY TI�SE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh
<br /> Judi.cial District of the State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall
<br /> wherein the County of Hall '3debraska, is plaintiff and Bernard F. Jordan and
<br /> Dorothy Jordan, his wife; et al, are defendants, No. 39, Doc. 1, Page 1t18, the
<br /> plaintiff did on the 30 th day of September, 19b�, obtain a decree finding there
<br /> to be due from the de�endants for general and special improvement taxes upon a
<br /> Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action No. One, the
<br /> sum of $240.3�t, acci`uing interest and costs of the suit, and there is due the
<br /> cross-petitioners from the defendants the amount of $2,911�1•27 �d accruing
<br /> interest, and whereas, it was then and there f`urther ordered in the said action
<br /> that in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the said defendants
<br /> that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements
<br /> hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same,
<br /> and whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County,
<br /> under and by virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed,
<br /> did, on the 13th day of December, 19E4, at the north door of the Court House in
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, in said County of Hall, having first given
<br /> due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty
<br /> days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper,
<br /> grinted and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br /> public auction to August Jacobsen for the sum of Eight hundred twenty-five and
<br /> no/100 ($825•00) Dollars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $6�Lt.0l:),
<br /> which sale was afterwards on the 30th day of December, 1960, examir.ed and confirmed
<br /> by the sai� Court and the said Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in
<br /> fee simple to the said August Jacobsen.
<br /> N0:1, THEREFORE, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid,
<br /> in cansideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in him by
<br /> law and the decree of said �ourt, dces hereby give, grant, and convey to the
<br /> said August Jacobsen, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lot Eighty-fcur
<br /> (81�) of Buenavista Subdivision to the Cit� of Grand Island, Hall Ccunty, Nebraska,
<br /> as surveyed, platted and recorded, with the apQur'tenances. ,�
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD Tf� SAME unto the sa.i.d August Jacobsen and his heirs
<br /> and assigns forever.
