<br /> from ttie defendan�s for genera� and special i�rovement, ta�cea'upon a Certificate
<br /> of Tax 5ale 'and subsequerrt t�xes, in Causes of Action No. fhie and�No. �ro, the
<br /> sum'of $5�1.92,` accruit� i.�terest and costs of the�auit, and xhereas, it was
<br /> then;and the�erfu"rther.�ordered in the said action that in default of the. payment
<br /> of tkre siun so found due fram the said defendanta that the Sheriff of said County
<br /> of Hall should cause the �lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised
<br /> and sold according to law to pay the same, and whereas,:defanit having be�n made
<br /> therein� the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtus of �the said d'ecree
<br /> and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the i3th day of Dece�er,
<br /> 19�, at the north door of the Court House in the City of Qrand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> in said County of Hall, havi.ng first given due and legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in the Qrand Island
<br /> Daily Independent, a legal nexspaper, printed and in general circulation in said
<br /> County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Harold Burmood and
<br /> Helen Burmood, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> „ for the sum of Eleven and no/lOQ ($11.00) Dollars, (the total accrued costs of
<br /> suit and sale being $93.67), which sale was afterwards on the 30th day of
<br /> December, 1960� examined a.nd confirmed by the said Court and the said Sheriff,
<br /> ordered to convey the said preirdses in fee simple to the said Harold Burmood and
<br /> Helen Burmood, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common.
<br /> NO?d, THEREFQRE, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in
<br /> consic3eration of the premises and �by virtne of the potirers vested in h� by law
<br /> and the deeree of said Court, dces hereby give, grant, and convey to the said
<br /> Harold Burmood and Helen Burmood, husband and wife, as �oint tenants and not as
<br /> tenants in co�r►on, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lot Nine (9) and
<br /> the East Eighteen (18) feet of Lot Ten (10), in BZock Three (3), � Clark�s
<br /> Addition, an Addition to the Village of Wood River, Ha11 County, Nebraska, as
<br /> surveyed, platted and recorded, irith the appurtenances.
<br /> IT BEI1uG THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE EVENT OF Tf�
<br /> DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE SIN�'LE TITLE TO THE REAL
<br /> ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN Tf� SURDNING GRANTEE.
