<br /> Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Frieda Knicl�ehm, Deceased, la�e of
<br /> Grand Island� in the Connty of Hall� State of Nebraska� party of the first part, and
<br /> Virgil R. E`ihusen of.Grand IsZand� Ha11 County� DTebraska� party of the second part;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, the duly appointed� qualified
<br /> and acting Executor of said Fri.eda Knickrehm, Deceased� nnder her Last will and Testa-
<br /> ment, which is of record in the �ounty �anrt of Hall County,Nebraska� by vi.rtue of
<br /> the power and anthority granted and conferred apon hi.m under said Will� and in
<br /> carsideration of the sum of SI%TEEN HUNDRID FIFTY DOLLARS (�1,650.00) to him paid by
<br /> the party of the second part� the receipt whereof is he�reby confessed and aclrnawledged,
<br /> does by these presents, �rant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and
<br /> confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever�
<br /> all of the following described tract� piece and parcel of land situate� lying and
<br /> beir?g in the �ovnty of Hall and State of Idebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Ten (10), in Block One (1), of Knickrehm Fourth Addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska� according to the recorded plat thereof� sub-
<br /> ject to restrictive covenants naK of record;
<br /> Together with alI and singular the tenemem s� h�reditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> � unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all of the estate�right, title,
<br /> interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever� which the said Testatrix
<br /> had in her lifetime� and at the time of her decease� and which the said party of the
<br /> first part has by virtue of the said Last �ill and Testa¢nent, or otherwise� of� in or
<br /> to the above granted premises� and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, the tract of land aforesaid� with the
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances ther�of� unto the said grantee and to his heirs and
<br /> assigns f'orever.
<br /> And the said party of the first part, Robert Knickrehm� for himself and his
<br /> successors� his heirs, execntors and administrators� covenants� promises and agrees
<br /> to and with the said party of the second part that he is 1 aafully the Executor of
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of the said Frieda Knickrehm� Deceased; that he is law-
<br /> fully seized of said premises; that said premises are free from encumbrance and that
<br /> he has power to convey as aforesaid� and has in all r�spects acted� in making this
<br /> cenveyance� in pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said Last Will and
<br /> Testament of the said Frieda Knicl�ehm� Deceased� and that he h�s not made, done or
<br /> svf fered an� act� matter or thing whatsoever, since he was �'acecutor as aforesaid,
<br /> whereby the above granted premises or any part ther�of� are� shall or m�y be im-
<br /> peached� charged or encumbered in any manner whatsoever.
