<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Tnist dated July 28, 2011,
<br />executed by Merle M. Weiss, a Single Person; Trustor(s), in which FIRST STATE BANK, Shelton, Nebraska, (now
<br />Comerstone Bank, Successor in interest to First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska) is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded August 3, 2011, in Instrument No. 0201105769, of Mortgage Records, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellarion.
<br />NOW, TI�REFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
