<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 19, 2009, and executed by Linda S. Nuss and Jerry L.
<br />Nuss, Wife and Husband , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on October 27, 2009, as Instrument No. 200908531, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Fractional Lot Ten (10), and that part of Fractional Lot Nine (9),
<br />in Block Thirteen (13), Fairview Park, lying East of the East line of Broadwell Avenue; and the
<br />portions of Fractional Lots 8, 9 and 10, in Block 2, Wallich's Addition lying East of the East line of
<br />Broadwell Avenue, and North of a line 86.55 feet Northerly from and parallel to the Northerly line
<br />of 9�' Street, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of January, 2012.
