<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by PERSONAL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES, INC, as Trustors, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Vailey State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 13, 2011, recorded October 13,
<br />201`1 as lnstrument #201107666 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered. , , ,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as shown on Plat in Book 5, Page
