<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, David T.
<br />Schroeder and Patricia A. Schroeder, as Husband and Wife, Borrower, to Bank of Wood River,
<br />N/K/A HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of Wood River dba Heritage Bank
<br />Grand Island, N/K/A HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated November 3,
<br />1999, and recorded November 10, 1999, Instrument number 0099110863, in the office of the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
