<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, BARRY �
<br />DAVISON AND LAURA JIM, unmarried persons, Trustor, and Central National Bank as �
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated June 30, 2004, and recorded on July 6, 2004, ��
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0200406677 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) IN CAPITAL HEIGHTS SEVENTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
