Beltzer, Deceased, who was the owner of <br /> the following described real estate at the time of his death, <br /> which Will has been admitted to probate in the manner and form <br /> provided by law in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and which probate has never been set aside nor appealed from, <br /> there was devised and bequeathed to Nell M. Beltzer, his wife, <br /> one-fourth (�) of the estate, to be selected by her; and <br /> WHEREAS, she has selected the following described real <br /> estate to be partitioned off unto her in partial settlement <br /> of her said interest in the estate, which setting off has been <br /> approved by the undersigned as Executors and as the only parties <br /> having any possible adve�e interest; and <br /> WHEREAS, on the ,3i day of November, 1960, upon the <br /> selection made by the said Nell M. Beltzer and the Agreement <br /> of the parties hereto filed in said County Court, We, as <br /> Executors, were ordered to set off unto the said Nell M. <br /> Beltzer the following described real estate as a partition of <br /> the assets of the estate, and we were ordered to make, exe- <br /> cute and deliver a deed evidencing said partition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, We, James Beltzer, Joanne Beltzer Flory, <br /> and William Beltzer, both as Executors and personally, and <br /> Bernice Beltzer, Robert Flory, and Sharon Beltzer, our re- <br /> spective spouses, in consideration of these premises, do hereby <br /> convey, grant, and confirm unto the said Nell M.
