<br /> CLIFFORD B. HURD and DOROTHY D. HURD, husband and wife, each in
<br /> his and her own name and right, herein called the grantors, in
<br /> consideration of One Dollar and other good and sufficient consi�er-
<br /> ation, received f-rom grantees, do grant, bargain, se]], convey and
<br /> confirm unto OSCAR E. SEARSOIv ana �FRAI�CES M. SEARSON, husband and
<br /> wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br /> in common, the following described real property in Hall County,

<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br /> and the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And grantors do hereby covenant with the grantees and with their
<br /> assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them tnat
<br /> grantors are lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free
<br /> from encumbrance except one �nortgage to the First National Bank of
<br /> Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, the unpaid principal balance of
<br /> which grantees assume and agree to pay as a part of the consideration;
<br /> that grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the
<br /> same; and that grantors warrant and will defend the title to said �
