<br /> Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall
<br /> wherein the Countq of Hall Nebraska, is plaintiff and Srhardt Mehrer and
<br /> Hermina Mehrer, alao knaam as Hermine Mehrer, husband aad wife; et al., are
<br /> defendants, No. 35, Doc. 1. Page 374, the pla'£ntiff did on the 20th daq of May,
<br /> 1960, obtain a decree fiading there to be due from the defendants for general
<br /> and special improvemeat taxes upon a Certif icate of Tax Sale and aubsequent
<br /> taxes, in Cause of Action lio. Bight� the avs ot 5252.70. accrufag interest and
<br /> costs of the suit, aad, whereas� it was then and there further ordered in the
<br /> said action that in default of the payment of the aun so found due fraa the said
<br /> defendants that the Sheriff of said Conaty of Rall should cause the lands and
<br /> tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and aold according to la�r to
<br /> pay the same, and� wt►ereas, default having beaa sade thereia, the said Sheriff
<br /> of said County, under and by virtne of the said decree aad the ordsr of sale to
<br /> him duly directed, did� on the 21st day of July� 1960, at tbe north door of the
<br /> Court Aouse in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. in said Connty of Hall, having
<br /> first given due and legal notice of the time and place of esid sale for not less
<br /> than thirty days prior thereto in the Grand Island Daily Independent� a legal
<br /> newspaper, printed and in general circulation in aaid County of Hall� sell said
<br /> premises at public auction to the County of Hail, State of Nebraska
<br /> for the sum of Ten and no/100 (�10.00)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars�
<br /> (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $61.39), which sale was af tar�ards
<br /> on the 3rd day of August, 1960, examined and confirmed by the said Court and the
<br /> said Sheriff, ordered to convey the said preeises in fee sinple to the said County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraaka,
<br /> NOW, THt:R1iFORE, the said Sherift of the Countq of Hall� as aforesaid� in
<br /> consideration of the premiaes and bq virtue of the paaers vested ia him by law and
<br /> the decree of said Court, dces hereby give, grant, and coaveq to the safd County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska� the premiaes ao aa aforesaid sold, to-Wit: Lot Ten (10).
<br /> in Block 1t�elve (12), in Bvans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Aall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as su=veyed, platted and recorded�
<br /> with the appurtenances.
