<br /> Diatrict of the State of Nebraska, within and for t�e Connty of Aall xherein
<br /> the County of Hall Nebraska, is plaintifi and Erha�t Mehrer and Hermina Hehrer,
<br /> also kno�m as Hermine Hehrer, hnsband and rife; et al., are defendants, Ko. 35s
<br /> - Doc. i, Page 374, the plaintiff did on the 20th d�y oi M�y, 1960, obtain a decree
<br /> finding there to be due irom the defei�dau►ts for general and speaial improvement
<br /> taxes upon a CertiYicate of Taa Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cauae of Action
<br /> No. Five, the sum of $54.29, accrning interest and coats of the suit, and, whereas,
<br /> it Was then and there further ordered in the said action that in defanit oY the
<br /> p�yment of the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheritf of said
<br /> County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter deac�ibed to be
<br /> advertised and sold according to lax to pay the same, and, whereas, default havirtg
<br /> been made therein, the aaid Sheriff of said County, under ard by virtue oY the said
<br /> decree ard the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 21st day ot Jn�y,
<br /> 1960, at the north door of the Court Houae in the City ot Gn�nd Island, Nebraska,
<br /> in said County of Hall, having firat given dne and legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale for not less than thirty da4ya prior thereto in the Grand Island
<br /> Daily Imiependent, a legal ne�+spaper, printed and in general circnlation ia said
<br /> County of Hall, sell sa.id premises at public auction to the County of Hall, State
<br /> of Nebraska
<br /> for the sum of Ten and no/200 ($10.00)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars,
<br /> (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $42.03), ahich sale xas aPterWards
<br /> on the 3rd day oP August, 19�, e�camined and confirmed by the said Court ard the
<br /> said Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premisea in fee simple to the said County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the said Sheriff of the County oi Hall, aa aforesaid, in
<br /> consideration of the premises and by virtue of the parrors �eated in hin hy law and
<br /> the decree of said Court, does hereby giva, gra�L, aad aoavey to the said County of
<br /> Hall, State of Nebraska, the premises ao aa aforesaid sold, to-xit: Lot Qne (1), in
<br /> Block Nine (9), in Lambert•s Addition to the City of Graad Island, H,all County,
<br /> Hebra.ska, as surveyed, platted ard recorded,
