<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, B.J. CUNNINGHAM, JR. , of Grand

<br /> Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January �
<br /> 31, 1989, executed by MELVIN W. WILLIAMS and PATRICIA D. WILLIAMS, � �
<br /> husband and wife, as Trustors, in which LAWRENCE E. JABLONSKI (now �
<br /> deceased) and FLORENCE M. JABLONSKI, husband and wife, as joint ��=-
<br /> tenants not tenants in common, of Lincoln, Nebraska, are named as
<br /> Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br /> recorded on February 3 , 1989, as Document No. 89-100565 in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, B.J. CUNNINGHAM, JR. , of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from FLORENCE M.
<br /> JABLONSKI, surviving spouse of LAWRENCE E. JABLONSKI, of Lincoln,
<br /> Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br /> the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows :
<br /> Lot One (1) , Block One Hundred Fifteen (115) , Railroad
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br /> Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> prnvisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
