<br /> District of the State of Nebraaka, vithin and for the County of Hall wherein
<br /> the County of Hall Nebraska� is plaintiff and Erhardt Mehrer and Hermina Mehrer,
<br /> also kno�an as Hermine Mehrer, husband and wife; et al„ are defendants, No. 35,
<br /> Doc. 1, Page 374, the plaintiff did on the 20th daq of May� 1960, obtain a decree
<br /> finding there to be due from the detendanta for general and special improve�nt
<br /> taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and aubsequent taxes� in Cauae of Action
<br /> No. Ten, the sum of $235.01, accruing interest and costs of the suit, and� Whereas,
<br /> it was then and there further ordered in the aafd action that in default of the
<br /> payment of the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said
<br /> County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br /> advertiaed and sold according to lav to pay the same� and, whereas, default having
<br /> been made therein, tne said Sheriff of said Cocinty� under and by virtue of the said
<br /> decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 21at day oE July,
<br /> 1960, at the north door of the CoUrt House in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> in said County of Hall� having firat givea dve and legal notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in tRe Crand Island
<br /> Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, printed and in general circulation in said
<br /> County of Hall, seil said preaises at public auction to Joyce Eilenstine
<br /> for the sum of 'hro hundred fifty and no/100 (S2g0.00)- - - - - - - - - Dollars,
<br /> <the total accrued costs of suit and aale being $75.52), which sale�ur� afte n�ards
<br /> on the 3rd day of August� 1960, examined and confirmed by the said Court and the
<br /> said Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said Joyce
<br /> Eilenstine.
<br /> NOW, TxERcFOR�, the said Sheriff of the Countq of Hall. as aforeaaid, in
<br /> consideration of the premises an�l by virtue of the poWer� vested in him by lav and
<br /> tne decree of said Court� does hereby give� grant, and convey to the said
<br /> Joyce Eilenstine.
<br /> heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforeaaid sold, to-ait; Ttie Nortn One-half
<br /> (N�� of Lot Eight (8), in Fairacres Subdiviaion� a subdivision in Section 3, To.mship
<br /> 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.y„ in Hall Covnty, Nebraska, as surveyed,
