<br /> THAT, -WH�Rr.AS, in an action in the District Court of the Gleventh Judicial
<br /> ' District of the State of Nebraska� within and for the County of Hall, wherein the
<br /> County of Hall� Nebraska, is plaintiff and r,rhardt Mehrer and Hermina Mehrer,
<br /> also known as Hermine Mehrer, husband and wife; et al.� are defendants,
<br /> No. 35, Doc. 1, �age 374, the plaintiff did on the 20th day of May, 1960, obtain
<br /> a decree finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special
<br /> improvement taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause
<br /> , of Action No. Four, the sum of $1,378.U0, accruing interest and costs of the suit,
<br /> and there is due the cross petitioners from the defendants the amount of $1.882.13,
<br /> and accruing interest and there is also due the cross petitioners from the
<br /> defendants the amount of $4,241.50� and accruing interest, and whereas, it was
<br /> then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the payment
<br /> of the sums So found due from the said defendants that the 5heriff of said County
<br /> of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised
<br /> and sold according to law to pay the same� and, whereas, default having been made
<br /> therein, the said 5heriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said decree
<br /> and the order of sale to him duly directed, did, on the 21st day of July, 1960,
<br /> at the north door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, in said
<br /> County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br /> said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in the Granc Island Daily
<br /> Independent, a legal newspaper, printed and in general circulation in said County
<br /> of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Howard S, Hinman� for the sum of
<br /> Four thousand six hundred and no/100 ($4,600.00)- - - - - - - - - - - Dollars,
<br /> (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $181.90)� which sale was afterwards
<br /> on the 3rd day of August. 1960, examined and confirmed by the said Court and the
<br /> said Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the said
<br /> Howard S, Hinatan.
<br /> NUW, TH�RnFOlt�:, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in
<br /> consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in him by law
<br /> and the decree of said Court, does hereby give, grant� and convey to the said
<br /> Howard S. Hinman, heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Three (3) of Jones Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br /> with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO 1�AVn AND TO HULD THn SAMn unto the said Noward 5, Hinman and his heirs
<br /> and assigns forever.
