DEED TO ?RUSTEES
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, ?hat We, Lizzie A. Sass
<br /> a Widow, as the life tenant thereof under the Will of Herman
<br /> Sass, Deceased; Olga Sass Hein, Margaret Sass Baumeister,
<br /> Lucile Sass Nowlin and Herbert H. Sass, as the owners sub�ect
<br /> to such life estate; and Harry E. Hein as husband of Olga
<br /> Sass Hein, Herman C. Baumeister as hu�band of Margaret Sass
<br /> Baumeister, and William C. Nowlin as husbanc� of Lucile Sass
<br /> Nowlin in consideration of the premises and of Qne Dollar
<br /> ($1.00j to each of us in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm, unless sooner teraninated, as herein-
<br /> after provided for, for the period of twenty-five years from
<br /> the date of this instrument, IN TRUST; unto Herbert H. Sass
<br /> as the First Trustee; unto Olga Sass Hein, as the First
<br /> Successor Trustee; until Lucile Sass Nowlin, as the Second
<br /> Successor Trustee; and, unto Margaret Sass Baumeister, as the
<br /> Last Successor Trustee; the following described real property
<br /> situated in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, to-w�.t:
<br /> Lots Twenty-five {25j to Thirty-six (36) , both inclu�
<br /> sive, Sass 2nd Subdivision in Section Fourteen {14) ,
<br /> Township Eleven (11) , Range Nine (9) , West of the
<br /> 6th P. M. ; and all that art of the East half of the
<br /> Northeast �uarter (E'/�TE%� of Section Fourteen (14)
<br /> Township Eleven (11) , Range Nine (9) , West of the �
<br /> 6th P. M. , lying south of the south line of Sass 2i�d
<br /> Subdivision in such Section Fourteen ( 14) ; and Lot
<br /> Two (2) , except the east Six hundred Twenty-four (624)
<br /> feet thereof on the mainland in such Section Fourteen
<br /> (14) , Township Eleven (11) , Range Nine (9) , West of the
<br /> 6th P. M. , Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of such real property, first unto
<br /> such Herbert H. Sass, As Trvstee, and unto the successor
<br /> trustees in the order hereinbefore provided, and absolutely
<br /> In Trust for the following purposes, to-wit:
<br /> The powers and atathority of the first trustee above named
<br /> and each and every successor Trustee above named when acting
<br /> as Trustee hereunder, shall be as follows:
<br /> (1) To sell, includ��g the power to contract to sell,
<br /> and convey the fee title to any part of the aforedescribed real
<br /> estate, in accordance with the judgment and discretion of the
<br /> then acting Trustee.
<br /> (2) ?o sell, including the power to contract to sell, and
<br /> convey the fee title to any part of the real estate hereinbefore
<br /> described, when required to do so under the terms of the con-
<br /> tract for the sale of real estate entered into between the parties
<br /> hereto and George W. Sass and Albert D. Sass of even date
<br /> herewith.
<br /> (3} To distribute to the person or persons as provided for
<br /> in any contract between the parties hereto any monies received
<br /> on account of said sale or sales, provided that no purchaser or
<br /> purchasers of any of the real property herein conveped shall
<br /> be obliged to see to the application of the purchase money or
<br /> monies or to be under any obligation to inquire into the
<br /> �ropriety of any such sale or sales.
