<br /> Nebraska, subject to` an easement in favor of the owner of the property
<br /> adjoining the above described premises on the South for the use of foot
<br /> passage over the Southerly 3 Feet of the Northerly 76 Feet of the said
<br /> East Half (E2) of the above described lot. The said easement is granted
<br /> to the owner of the adjoining property on the South for foot passage
<br /> only, and upon the condition that the owner of the property adjoining
<br /> said premises on the South shall not place any obstruction upon that
<br /> part of the driveway over which said easement is herein granted.
<br /> To have and to hold the above descrihed premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
