<br /> KNUW tiLL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the OVERL�ID NATIONAL
<br /> BANK of Grand lsland, Nebraska, as Executor of the �state of John H.
<br /> (:laussen, deceased, also known as dohn Claussen, and pursuant to
<br /> authority granted it by the Last Will and Testament of John H.
<br /> c:laussen, deceased, in consideration of One Dollar (�1.U0) and
<br /> other good and sufficient consideration in hand paid to it by
<br /> the grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto JOHN CLAUSSEN
<br /> SONS CO., a co-partnership, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the
<br /> t'ollowing described premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit:

<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the
<br /> same, or any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE KND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the
<br /> said John Claussen Sons Co., a co-partnership, and to their
<br /> successors and assigns t'orever, and the grantor hereoy covenants
<br /> that the premises are i'ree and clear of any lien or encuribrance
<br /> causea by any claim for taxes levied against the estate of' John H.
<br /> Claussen, deceased, and the grantor does hereby warrant that it
<br /> will det'end the said premises against lawi'ul claims and demands
<br /> of all persons claiming by, through or under it.
