� . . � ti . , N <br /> RF390L UTION <br /> W H E R E A S , t}�e Hall County Housing Authority is duly organized <br /> under Sections 19-1001 to 19-1022 Revised Statutes of Nebraska for 1954, <br /> and is authorized under Section 19-1008 (4) of said statutes to sell, lease, <br /> exchange, transfer, assign, pledge or dispose of any real or personal <br /> property or any interest therein, and <br /> �'H E R E A S, the City of Grand Island is desirous oi acquiriag a site <br /> on which to locate an electrical sub-station , and it appears that the lo- <br /> cation of a sub-station on the proposed site would be advantageous to the <br /> Hall County Housing Authority, <br /> NOW "rHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by tf�e Board of Commissioners <br /> of the Hall County Housing Authority, that the Chairman and Secretary of <br /> the Board be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute and <br /> deliver to the City oi Grand Island, a deed for the real estate described <br /> as follows: <br /> A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (SE 1/4NE 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eleven (11) North, <br /> Range Nine (9), West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on a south prolongation of the west line of <br /> Bog�s Avenue in the City ot Grand Island, Nebraska, sixteen (161 <br /> feet south of the southeast corner of Block fifteen (15) in Bogg's <br /> and Hili's Addition an addition to said City; tf�ence continuing south <br /> on the prolongation of the west line of said Boggs Avenue for a <br /> distance of Forty (40) feet; thence running west on a line parallel <br /> to the south line of said Block Fifteen (15) for a distance of thirty <br /> (30) feet;thence running north on a line parallel to the west prolong- <br /> ation of said Boggs Avenue for a distance of Forty (40) feet; tl�ence <br /> running east on a line parallel to the south line of said Block Fifteen <br /> (15) for a distance of Thirty (30) feet to the point of beginning, con- <br /> taining . 028 acres more .or less, <br /> for the sum of $1. 00 together with cost of preparing the necessary deed, which <br /> deed shall be without warranty and shall provide that the land will be used for <br /> the purposes of anelectrical sub-station. <br /> Dated at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this ZZ day of <br /> �� , 1960. <br /> 'i <br /> `'_, ` - _ <br /> Chairman /7 <br /> c-�- ,/`. � / <br /> , � , � <br /> �(V���f�i� :�' ��.�/i,�� .� !/ <br /> r� <br /> � <br /> � <br /> V ✓ ' - <br />
