<br /> deceased, and which the said Party of the First Part has, by
<br /> virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise,

<br /> TO HAVE AI+tD TO HOLD the said premises aforesaid with the

<br /> heirs, executors and administrators, does covenant, promise
<br /> and undertake to and with the said Parties of the Second Part,

<br /> the Executor of the Last will and Testament of the said
<br /> Elizabeth E. Miller, and has power to convey as aforesaid and
<br /> has in all respects acted, in making this conveyance, in
<br /> pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said Last
<br /> Will and Testament; and that he ha'� not made, done or suffered
<br /> any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he was Execvtor as
<br /> aforesaid, whereby the above granted premises, or any part
<br /> thereof, are, shall, or may be impeached, charged or incnm-
<br /> bered, in any manner whatsoever.
<br /> The said Einar Benson, grantor, further certifies with re-
<br /> spect to the Deed recorded in Book 20, page 349, in the Office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, to certain
<br /> Trustees for the use and benefit of the members of the Evan-
<br /> gelical Church of Cameron, Hall County, Nebraska, that no
<br /> part of Jthe real property conveyed hereby has been occnpied
<br /> by any church for more than sixty years last past, and that
<br /> if any part was at any time ever occupied by any church that
<br /> the same has been abandoned for more than sixty years last
<br /> past.
