<br /> Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M, a distance of 1954.65
<br /> Feet; thence turning a Westerly direction and running West a
<br /> distance of 100.6 feet; thence turning and running in a Southerly
<br /> direction to the point of beginning; this tract being the Northerly
<br /> part of Lot One (1), in Fractional Section Nineteen (19), To��n-
<br /> ship Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the bth P. M. ,
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with the said grantee,
<br /> A. C. NELSEN AUTO SALES, INC. , named herein, that we are lawfuliy- seized
<br /> of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br /> and that we the said grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br /> same, and that we will and our heirs, executors, and administrators shall
<br /> warrant and defend the same unto the said grantee, A. C. NELSEN AUTO
