<br /> l aCquired certain lands in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter
<br /> described in detail, in his name for and in the behalf oi A, C.
<br /> Neisen Auto Sales, Inc, ; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said lands have been for the use and benefit of A. C. N�:lsen
<br /> Auto Sales, Inc. , and its affiliated companies, siiice thc• ac�quisi-
<br /> tion thereof; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Andrew C. Nelsen acquired certain lands hereinalter
<br /> described as Item 1 from David Kaufmann and Madelirie I��fae
<br /> Kaufmann on or about June lbth, 1948, for the sum oi $10, 361.57
<br /> for the said A, C. Nelsen Auto Sales, Inc. ; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Andrew C. Nelsen acquired certain lands hereinaiter
<br /> described as Item 2 from Claude H. Rehder and Opal Rehder on
<br /> or about January 22, 1949, for the sum of $1, 000. 00 for thc
<br /> said A, C. Nelsen Auto Sales, Inc. ; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Andrew C. Nelsen acquired certain lands hereiiiafter
<br /> described as Item 3 from the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company o£
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, on or about August 17th, 1948, for thf�
<br /> sum of $2,g75.00 for the said A. G. Nelsen Auto Sales, Inc. ;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Andrew C. Neisen acquired certain lands hereinafter
<br /> described as Item 4 from Esca Milne and Kathryn N, Milne on
<br /> or about June 23rd, 1954, for the purpose of perfecting certain
<br /> boundary lines:
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That Andrew C. Nelsen and Olive V, Nelsen, husband and wife,
<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
<br /> FORTY-TWOAND 57/100 DOLLARS ($14,242,57) (the total sum hereinbefore
<br /> set out and advanced by the said Andrew C, Nelsen for and in the behalf of
<br /> A, C. Nelsen Auto Sales, Inc. ) in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sE:ll,
<br /> convey and confirm unto A, C. NELSEN AUTO SALES, INC, , a corporation,
<br /> the following described real estate situated in Hall County State of Nebraska,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Item 1 - A certain part of the N.W,1/4 Section 20-11-9, more particularly
<br /> described as - Beginning at the N. W, corner of the N.W, 1/4
<br /> Section 20-11-9; thence running east, along the north line of
<br /> said quarter section, a distance of 1871. 0 feet; thence deflecting
<br /> 90°00' to the right and running south 33. 0 feet, to the south
<br /> right of way line of original State Highway No.2; thence deflect-
<br /> ing to the left and running easteriy and south-easterly, along
<br /> the right of way line of said original State Highway, on a circular
<br /> curve of 683.78 feet radius, a distance of 288,5 feet, to the
