<br /> and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />� for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br /> valuable consideration received from grantee, does grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Alda Grain Co. , Inc. , herein called
<br /> the grantee, the following described real groperty in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska:

<br /> South of the U.P.R.R. right-of-way, more particularly de-

<br /> feet, thence in a Northeasterly direction upon the Southerly
