<br /> That, Whereas, K.C. HEHNKE and DEBORAH MARIE HEHNKE, husband and wife,
<br /> Grand Island, County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska by Deed of Trust
<br /> dated the 26th day of August, 1997, and duly recorded in the Office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of the County of Hall AND the State of Nebraska, on the
<br /> 12th day of September, 1997 recorded as Document No. 97-107523 in said
<br /> office, conveyed to Boelus State Bank, certain real estate in said Deed of
<br /> Trust described, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness
<br /> mentioned therein.
<br /> Lot Three (3) , Block Two (2) , Better Homes Subdivision, Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> AND, WHEREAS, Said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said
<br /> trust have been fully satisfied; BOELUS STATE BANK, does hereby remise,
<br /> release and quit claim unto the present owner or owners the said real
<br /> estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns said owner or owners
<br /> forever, all the right, title, and interest which it has under and by
<br /> virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of
<br /> Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater
<br /> certainty.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
<br /> privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that
