<br /> State of Illinois, party of the first part, and ALUMINUM SUPPLY COMPtiVY,
<br /> TUBING DIVISION, ZNC.� a Washington corporation, party of the second part,
<br /> WITNESSETH, That the said party oP the first part, for and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred Forty-four �nd No%100
<br /> Dollars (�3,444.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknovledged,
<br /> has sold and by these presents does grant, convey and confirm unto tne said
<br /> party of the second pt�.rt, the follo�ing described premises, situated in
<br /> Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to-Wit:

<br /> thereof, thence South along a straight line drawn parallel with

<br /> tion Twenty-one (21) a distance of Three Hundred TKenty-nine and

<br /> inc., by Deed dated April 19, 1977 and the true point of' begin-
<br /> ning of the parcel or tract of land being hereby conveyed;
<br /> thence from said true point of beginning West along the
<br /> South line oP said land previously conveyed to Aluminum
<br /> Supply Company, Tubing Division, Inc. , a distance of Six
<br /> Hundred. Thirty-one and Four Tenths (b31.4) feet to the
<br /> Southwest corner of said previously-conveyed land; thence
<br /> South, making an interior ang�e of Eighty-nine Degrees,
<br /> Eighteen Minutes, Thirty Seconds (89° 18' 30"') With the
<br /> last-described course, a distance of One Hundred Ninety-
<br /> seven and Five Tenths (�97. �) feet, more or less, to a
<br /> point on the Southwest corner of the pzoperty of said
<br /> Railroad Company; tnence Easterly along the South line,
<br /> and the Easterly prolongation oY the South line, of said
<br /> Railroad Company's property to a point in a line draWa

<br /> erly of the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the

<br /> lel line to the true point of beginning aforesaid, con-

<br /> SUBJECT, however, to tne rights of the public in and to t�e
