<br /> uable Considerations, in hand paid, do '�ereby grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto Richard V. McCaslin and Lorna B.
<br /> McCaslin, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants, and not as tenants
<br /> in common; the following described real estate, situated in the

<br /> and thence East along said North line 509.9 feet to said Nerth-
<br /> east corner, the place of beginning, containing 3.759 acres,
<br /> more or less, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, also
<br /> A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE%
<br /> SW/) , Section Eleven ( 11) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) , West of the 6th P. M. , more particularly described
<br /> as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the North-
<br /> east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE%SW%) , Section Eleven
<br /> (11) , running thence South 225 feet, thence East Ninety-one (91)
<br /> feet, thence South to a point fifty (20) feet Northerly at right
<br /> angles from the center of the track of the U.P.R.Ft. Company,
<br /> thence Northeasterly parallel to and fifty feet distant from
<br /> the center of said track to a point which lies South of another
<br /> point which is one hundred-ninety and two-thirds ( 190 2/3) feet
<br /> East of the starting point, thence North to a point which is
<br /> one hundred feet Northerly at right angles from the center of
<br /> said track, thence Northeasterly parallel to and one hundred
<br /> feet distant Northerly from the center of said track to the

<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HERETO, THAT IN THE
<br /> EVENT OF THE DEATN OF EITHER OF SAID GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE
<br /> SIMPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VE5T IN
<br /> THE SURVIVING GRANTEE.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO H OLD the above- described premises , with the
<br /> appurtenances, unto the said grantees as JOINT TENANTS, and not as
<br /> tenants in common, and to their assigns, to the heirs and assigns
<br /> of the survivor of them, forever, and I the grantor named herein,
<br /> for myself and my heirs, executors , and administrators, do coven-
<br /> ant with the grantees named herein and with their assigns and with
<br /> the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, that I am lawfully
<br /> seized of said premises; that they are free from incumbrance
<br /> except as stated herein, and that I the said grantor have good
<br /> right and lawful authority to sell the same, and that I will and
<br /> my heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend
<br /> the same unto the grantees named herein and unto their assigns
<br /> and unto the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever,
<br /> against the lawful claims of all persons whomesoever, excluding
<br /> the exceptions named herein.
