Kemptar and Kimberly Kemptar as buyers . <br /> TEL�ORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br /> A nonexclusive temporary construction easement of ten <br /> feet on the north side of the right-of-way described on the <br /> attached survey for the purpose of building the right-of-way, and <br /> constructing the fence along the right-of-way. The temporary <br /> easement will commence on the date of the deposit of the <br /> condemnation award into court and continue for six months from <br /> the date of the deposit of the condemnation award with the County <br /> Court or until thirty days followinq completion of construction <br /> whichever last occurs, provided that the temporary easement shall <br /> not extend beyond one year from the date of the filinq of this <br /> case.
