<br /> T�is indenture made this 28th day ef December, 1959, by,anel between Frieda
<br /> KAiEk�ehm, widew, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, and
<br /> Elmer A. Jacobsen and Earl H. Schmidt, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska.
<br /> WHEREAS, the said frieda Knickrehm, widow, did on or about the 14th day of
<br /> August, 1958, execute to the said Elmer A. Jacobsen and Earl H. Schmidt for the
<br /> consideration therein mentioned, a conveyance of certain lands s�tuated in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and hereinafter more particularly described, which said convey-
<br /> ance is recorded in the office of the Register of �Deeds of the County of Hall,
<br /> in Book 125, Page 137, of the records of deeds of said office, and
<br /> WHEREAS, in said conveyance by mistake, the said grantees were listed as
<br /> Jacobsen-�chmidt Construction Co., and the aleed should have been to the grantees
<br /> as �lmer A. Jacobsen and Earl H. Schmidt, and
<br /> WHEREA"S, to prevent difficulties hereafter, it is expedient to correct said
<br /> erro�:s
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, this indenture witnesseth that the said Frieda Knickrehm, widow,
<br /> in consideration of the premises, and of $1.00 to her paid by the said Elmer A. Jac-
<br /> obsen and Earl H. Schmidt hereby grants, conveys, releases, and confirms unto the said
<br /> Elmer A. Jacobsen and 'Earl H. Schmidt, their heirs and assigns, forever, all of the
<br /> following tract of land situated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wits
<br /> Lots Twenty-three (23) and Twenty-four (24) in Block One (1) ,
<br /> Knickrehm's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with ail and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
<br /> To have and to hold the same unto the said Elmer A. Jacobsen and Eari H. Schmidt
<br /> and to their heirs and assigns to the sole and proper use, benefit and behoof of the`
<br /> said Elmer A. Jacobsen and Earl H. Schmidt, their heirs and assigns.
