<br /> Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and

<br /> subject to all liens and encur��rances and charges thereor., and

<br /> of said bon� and giving proper notice of th;.� -�ime and piace of
<br /> said sale, tne undersigned on the 2nd day of Decer�iber, .lGS°, at

<br /> and whereas said Court at the time of confir�!ing said sale duly
<br /> directed the undersigned on compliance by saici Arthur S. Dickerson
<br /> a�id Florer�ce I��;. D�citersor_ with tneir bid to :nake, execute and
<br /> delive„ to said �+rtnur S. Dickerson and Florence T�:. Dickerson a
<br /> deed oi �onveyance oi said r�al estate conveying all the interest
<br /> wl�ch the deceased had therein at the time of his death,
<br /> I�TO�d, THEREFORE, in consideraticn of the preMises and the
<br /> sum of Four Thousand & No�100 Dollars (�4,000.00) , in hand paid,
<br /> receipt oi wnich is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby
<br /> grants, �argains, sells, conveys and confirms unto Arthur S.
<br /> Dickerson and Florer,�e T4i. Dickerson, as joint tenants with rights
<br /> of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, all the right,
<br /> title and interest whicn said Leo G. iriashburn, deceased, had in
