REFEREEtS DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> WHEREAS, in an action of partition pending in the District Court of <br /> Adams County, Nebraska, where Jerry H. Woodman and Edna Woodman, <br /> Husband and Wife, with others were plaintiffs, and Clifford R. Woodman and <br /> Odessa Woodman, Husband and Wife, and others were defendants for the part- <br /> ition of the premises hereinafter described, the undersigned Referee, appoint- <br /> ed by said Court to make partition of said real estate, made report in writ- <br /> ing, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said lands could not be made <br /> without great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly examin- <br /> ed by said Court, and said Court being satisfied therewith confirmed the same, <br /> and thereupon made an order and caused the same to be entered, directing me <br /> as said Referee to sell said premises on the following terms, to-wit: <br /> Fifteen per cent (15°jo) cash and the balance <br /> upon confirmation. <br /> And in pursuance of said order I caused a notice to be published in <br /> the Ha.stings Daily Tribune, a newpaper printed and in general circulation in <br /> A�dams County, Nebraska, that I would offer said lands for sale at the front <br /> door of the Court House in said County on the lOth day of July, 1959, at 2:00 <br /> o2clock P. M. of said day, and at the time and place stated in said notice, and <br /> after said notice had been published for more than thirty (30) days I offered <br /> said lands, to�wit: <br /> Lot Seven (7), in Section Twenty-nine (29), <br /> Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) <br /> West of the 6th P. M. , Ha.11 County, Nebraska; <br /> Lot 5ix (6), in Section Thirty-two (32), Town- <br /> ship Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of <br /> the bth P.
