<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secuxed by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Ronald L. Follmer, as Trustox, to Pla.tte Vallep State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley Sta.te Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, recorded on the 18th da.y of May, 2011, at the Registex of Deeds office, Hall
<br />County, Nebxaska, recoYded as Instrument 0201103728, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />xequested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the tequest of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, xelease, and reconvey to the peYSOn or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by ox through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Sta.t. Section 76-1001):
